A few words about me..
I was born into a musician family. With my father being a jazz trumpet player/singer and my mother being a classical cello teacher I was confronted with music the moment I was born and as I showed special affinity towards the piano, I became the pianist in the family.
I have to give my special thanks to two of my past teachers.
Izabella Darska Havasi, founder of the International Ferenczy Gyorgy Piano Competition who I can thank for my technique, my skills and teaching methodologies. She always had a special place in my heart and she was so kind to write the foreword to my book.
Furthermore I'd like to thank Laszlo Deak, who taught me the ways of the way of the pipe organ and handed me an enormous amount of knowledge about musical eras.
"The True Technique" piano teaching methodology is my invention, which communicates the main principles of piano technique in a modern way. This method is built upon the weight technique, which originates from Chopin's own invention. I authored my book, teaching these principles under the title: "The True Technique of Piano Touch".
